Booth Package Options

Exhibit Space: Choose the type of space you would like to purchase. Space descriptions are located on the Exhibitor Information page. Booths are located in either the Caribbean Ballroom or on the beachside patio under a large tent. Tables are located in the Island Ballroom. Bodyworker spaces are on the beachside patio with a shared table. Bodyworkers must bring their own massage table or chair.

Booth Location Preference: If you are purchasing a Caribbean Ballroom Booth you may request placement. List 3 booths that represent your preference. All booth placement is determined by Healthy Living Expos to maintain show layout & integrity. Assignments will be made in order of registration. The exception is a corner booth upgrade. Please call us for availability (321-777-6433). To be part of prestigious sponsor row located call 321-684-9026 for more information. You may also enter "any".

End Booth Upgrade: Choose a corner booth for maximum traffic visibility. $50 up-charge.

Skirted Tables: Your booth comes with one skirted table. Additional tables may be ordered in advance for $35 or $50 the day of the event. Extra tables are only available for booths. Not Island Ballroom or Bodywork Oasis spaces.

Additional Chairs: You will receive 2 chairs with your booth or table purchase. If you would like extra chairs in your booth please specify how many. They are $5 each.

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Exclusivity: If you plan to exhibit products from a Multi-level Marketing company, you can purchase an exclusivity to ensure you will be the only exhibitor with that product. Please check with us to see if anyone is already registered with your product. This exclusivity is only for a specific product/brand, not for a category such as chiropractic.

Electricity: If you will require electricity at your booth it is an additional charge of $35. Please order in advance. We cannot guarantee timely availability the day of the event and the charge will be $50.

Natural Awakenings Advertiser Discount: If you are an advertiser with Natural Awakenings magazine you may be entitled to $50 off the cost of your exhibit space. This discount cannot be combined with early registration prices or other discounts.

Exhibitor Promotion Information

Description: Please describe briefly the services products, and /or demonstrations you will provide at your booth in 25 words or less. This information may be used for promotional purposes.

Exhibitor Business Name: Your business name to be used for Website, Program listing, Badges, and a booth sign if you have purchased a booth. Maximum 50 characters & spaces or less.

Exhibitor Names: You may have up to 4 people per booth, 2 people per table, or 1 per bodyworker space. You may enter the names of the people who will be in your space. If you do not know all names at this time just leave the remaining names blank.

Door Prize: Door Prizes are an excellent way of collecting information on attendees that are interested in your product or services.

Advertising Options

Expo Supplement: Be sure and go home with thousands of potential clients and be seen by over 50,000 loyal readers of Natural Awakenings magazine. The Expo Supplement serves as the event program and is published in the February 2012 issue of Natural Awakenings magazine. Reach expo attendees before the event and let them know what you have to offer!

Website Banner Ad: Be seen by thousands and enjoy visibility for up to 12 months with this affordable online banner ad. Each banner ad includes link to your site, a great way for visitors to learn about your company.

Featured Exhibitor Listing: Become a Featured Exhibitor and be listed in our Online Natural Directory as an expo exhibitor. This full page online ad includes a link to your site, unlimited description, photos, pdf uploads, interactive map, and so much more! PLUS, next to your business name on the List of Exhibitors page will be a Featured Exhibitor link to your listing. Attendees will be able to learn about what you have to offer. Promote any expo day specials you have planned!

Coupons: We offer three ways to reach maximum exposure. Online, in the Expo Supplement, and in our Featured Exhibitor Specials flier the day of the event.

• Expo Supplement Coupon - Advertise your expo day specials in advance! Enjoy 4 weeks of exposure prior to the event.
• Online Coupon - Site visitors will be able to print your coupon to bring to the event. Our extensive email database will receive coupon links prior to the event.
• Exhibitor Specials flier - All attendees will receive these fliers to alert them to expo specials.

Coupons are $100 each or purchase our Triple Coupon Package - all three coupons for just $175.

Featured Exhibitor Package: Receive maximum exposure as a Featured Exhibitor. The package includes both a Featured Listing and the Triple Coupon Package just $199.
