Caribbean Ballroom & Beachside Booth is for the business that requires display space and has interactive demonstrations. Booth option includes 8 x 7 pipe and drape space, 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. Spaces available in the Caribbean ballroom or under the tented area on the beachside deck. Click to view Floorplan.

Island Ballroom Table is for the business that only requires a table for displaying materials or products. The table option includes a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. Please note: all products, signs, and information must fit on the table top. If you need additional setup space please purchase the booth option. Only 2 people per table. (must be from same business)

Beachside Bodywork Oasis is for bodyworkers that will be offering a type of bodywork to attendees. Bodyworkers may choose to charge or offer services free. Bodyworkers must bring their own massage table or chair. This option is located on the beachside deck under a tented area. It also includes a central display table for business cards, brochures, or fliers. This central table will be shared by all bodyworkers under the tent.

Electricity - If you require electricity to power your lights, displays, computers, or equipment please order in advance. The cost is $35 in advance/$50 the day of the event.
Booth Extra Skirted Table - Available only for booths. You may order an additional skirted table in advance for $35, $50 the day of the event.
Extra Chairs - Available for $5 each.
