This monthly candlelight yin yoga class is perfect for beginners, as visual aids and modifications are provided for each posture via an overhead projector. The class is facilitated by Rochelle Scott, a 500-Hour certified hatha yoga teacher. Yin Yoga is slow-paced. It's a sequence of long-held, passive floor poses designed to open joints and nourish connective tissue. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
